Black Friday Haul | Electronics

So I finally got this camera ya’ll. Excited much! I love it. I went with the Nikon CoolPix L120. It’s not a DSLR as I initially wanted but after researching and playing around with the features in Best Buy, it does exactly what I needed it to do. ZOOM in HD. I was in search for a good camera that will allow me to do clear and precise close up shots. It allows for me to zoom in so that you can see the detail in what I am trying to capture without the blur. I realized that as a budding photographer *giggles* I didn’t need the complexities of a hi-tech DSLR right of the bat.

I like the camera overall and I am still learning all of its features. It’s not too heavy for my small hands. It has a pop up flash which I like. It also came with a sturdy neck strap and a lens cover. I still need to order a carrying case for it, which I will purchase from EBay… I saw one on there for about $4 compared to the one in Best Buy for $20. I replaced the batteries that were included with 4 Energizer rechargeable AA batteries instead. I also used the 16GB SD memory card from my previous camera.  Stay tuned for future photo work and new YouTube videos using my new gadget.

My hubby also purchased himself a massive gadget, a Samsung 51-inch Plasma LCD TV so that he can watch this season’s upcoming NBA games on ESPN on a larger than life screen.
