October 1st’s FOTD

What better way to kick off the first of the month with a Face of the Day. Nothin’ too dramatic just a simple Monday morning face for work.
On the left: I used Milk of Magnesia to keep me from looking like I’ve been working at Popeyes. I filled in my brows with a dark brown Ben Nye Kohl Eyeliner. I outlined and blended out my brows with Ruby Kisses 3D Face Creator in Level 09.
For foundation, I used Revlon ColorStay Liquid Foundation (Oily/Combination) in 400 Caramel using a Sam Chapman Real Techniques blending brush. *These brushes are the truth might I add!*  I set and finished my foundation with Milani’s Multitasker Face Powder.
My eyes were simply done with a few neutrals from the Wet N’ Wild’s I Love Matte palette and lined using Maybelline’s Eye Studio Gel Liner and lashes brushed with Loreal’s Voluminious Mascara in Carbon Black.
My lips were touched with Maybelline’s Baby Lips lip balm in Pink Punch. It’s a moisturizing lip balm that’s buildable in color so the more you use the pinker the pout and I love it!
My hair was in two-strand twists overnight using water (in a spray bottle) and Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie. *Strikes the harp* My hair is soft, manageable and it smells great too!
This is a simple everyday look that’s pretty easy to do without being too done up for work. Hope you guys like it. I’m feeling good today  : )
